THE' CLOSURE APPLIED.' By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, March 28. In the House. of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, secured the closure on the Revenue Bill, so that the third reading shall be taken on Thursday next. Mr. Balfour, Leader of. the Opposition, strenuously protested against this, declaring that Mr. Asquith had reached- the climax of his career as a ciirtailer of the liberty of the House of Commons.
