TO-DAYS DINNER.
(Specially written for The Douimon.) . THURSDAY. Roast Stuffed Rabbits. Bread Sauce. Potatoes. Cauliflower. , Passion Fruit Pudding. PASSION FRUIT PUDDING. Three ounces butter. 3oz. sugar, 6oz. flour, 1 small tcaspoonful of baking powder, 2 eggs. Tho jiiico and pulp of six passion fruit, a squeeze of lemon juice, two or thrao tablespoonfuls of milk. Beat the butter and-sugar to a cream. Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs. Halve the passion fruit, remove the pulp. Add the-yolks of eggs to tho butter and sugar, then the milk gradually, halve the flour and baking powder, already sifted together, then the passion fruit and lemon juice, then the remainder of the flour. Lastly, stir in the 'stiffly-beaten whites, stirring them in as lightly as possible. Put the mixture into a well-greased mould, cover with a greased paper, and steam one hour and a half. Servo with sweet sauce.
