Rosenborg, To Kuiti, which commenced business only about a year ago, has made such strides that it now controls tho largest drapery business in the King Country, and all under tho special supcriiitendenco of Mr. J. 'Rosenberg. The premises occupied havo a 50ft. frontage to Roro Street, and 70ftl. front-ago to King Street, and with fine big plate-glass windows, handsomely dressed in latest, fashions of tho day or other special and dainty articles of interest to the feminine mind, present a most imposing and attractive Appearance. Mr. J. Rosenberg is a man with twelve years' London experience, and ho is careful to keep nothing but tho most exclusive stocks. The several departments embraco drapery, general and fancy, clothing and mercery, and boots and shoes, full stocks aro kept of all these lines, with a speeiallyselccted staff of whom ono alono has charge of boots and shoes. Some idea may bo gained of the progress which To Kuiti has made lately, when it is recorded that Mr. Rosenberg has found it necessary to extend his premises twice during the first twelvo months of his business career in the town. Tho firm has a wide and influential trade, extending to the borders of Taranaki fully sixty miles back, down the line to Ongaruo, and up as far as To Awamutu.
