THE CABINET CRISIS IN ITALY
■ 9 SIGNOR GIOLITTI, PREMIER. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. March 27, 10.10 p.m.) Rome, March 27. Signor Giolitti has formed a Cabinet in succession' to that of Signor Luzzatti, which resigned recently owing to the withdrawal of the support of the Radicals, who were dissatisfied with tho Electoral Bill. Signor Giolitti, who was Premier from May,'l9o6, to December, 1909, is making few changes in the Ministry. The portfolios of Foreign Affairs (Marquis di San Guiliani), tVar (General Spingardi), and Marine (Signor Cattolica) remain unchanged.
