Mountain Kins.—A small amount of quartz has been broken out of the siopes, and is now being crushed. The principal portion of stulF latterly being: treated at the plant has been taken from the surface, and continue? to prove payable. Jn the slorw going north under the intermediate level good ore still continues to come to hand, though the lode i,-> slightly smaller than usual. In the two stopes above the intermediate level, the lode has. also been smaller for the past few days, but, is showing signs of widening again.
