TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. French cutlets. Potato chips. Vegetable nianeiv. liica pudding. Stewed quinces. FRENCH CUTLETS. Five, seven, or niiie mutton cutlets, potato chips, some green butter, thin slices of bacon. Trim the cutlets, leaving 1 inch of bare bone; grease a gridiron and grill the cutlets from 7 to 10 minutes, turning them twice 1 minutes beforo they are cooked. Put the bacon made into rolls besido the chops. Lift the cutlets on to a hot dish; put a little green butter on top of each; serve potatces in the middle, with a sprinkle of salt over them, and bacon between the cutlets. FOE TO-MOKKOW.
