IMPERIAL CONFERENCE DEBATE. Bj Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, March 23. In view of the resolution to bo moved by General Botha, Prime Minister of South Africa, at tho coming Imperial Conference, tho Board of Trade is consulting with tho Colonial Offico and the Post Offico concerning tho subject of shipping combines. Tho Board has prepared memoranda for tho Conference concerning the shipping resolutions to be- moved by Mr. Fisher, Prime Minister of Australia, and Sir Joseph Ward, Priuio Minister of New Zealand.
