At the hearing .of evidence in the Honndsditch ■ outrage case, Hoffman, who was recently discharged from custody because of insufficient evidence, said that the man Fritz, who was burned to death in the fire at tho Anarchist Club, at Stepney, had told him that Gardstein (or Goldstein, or Morountueff), was wounded by a companion during the fight with the police.
