(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) FRIDAY. Baked Stuffed Trout; Egg Sauce. Hashed Potatoes. Apple Charlotte. BAKED STUFFED TROUT. Clean the fish thoroughly, cut off the head, fins, and tail. Hake some veal forcemeat, stuff tho fish, sow it up, put it into a bnking-tin with a few pieces of butter over it, and 3 tablcspoonsful of vinegar. Put a buttered paper over the top. Cook in a moderate oven until tho flesh will leave the bone when tried' with a skewer. Baste often. Serve with egg sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Cold Meat. Batter. Beans. Marmalade. Suet. FOR SUNDAY.
