———o MR. HEALY WITHDRAWS. By Telegraph-Press Association-CopyrieM London, March 15. Mr. Augustine Roche, Nationalist, was returned unopposed for tho North Louth seat in the House of Commons, rendered vacant'by the unseating, on petition, of Mr. R. Hazleton, Nationalist, who at-the general election in December last defeated Mr. T. M. Healy, K.C. (Independent Nationalist), by 188 votes. Mr. Healy withdrew his candidature, alleging that there was danger of disturbances—not affecting the candidate whom the disturbances supported. Proof of agency could not, however, bo cstablished.
