Mr. narcourt, Secretary for the Colonies, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said the Government proposed that the Imperial Conference should .discuss proposals for the enforcement anywhere within the Empire of commercial awards given in another part of tho Empire, and also the extension of tho Imperial postal order scheme.
