TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Curried rabbit. Turnips. Potatoes. Steamed fig pudding. Sweet melted butter. STEAMED FIG PUDDING. Two teacupfuls of flour, one teacupful of suet, one teacupful of sugar, one teacupful of. milk, one egg, half a teaspoonful of 'carbonate of soda, one teaspoonful of cream of tartar, halt a teacupful of figs, cut into small pieces. Tho grated rind of half a lemon. _, Shred and chon tho suet finely. Dissolve the soda u: a little warm milk. Mix all tho dry ingredients well, add tho egg beaten, and tho milk and soda. Pour into a wcll-grcased pudding basin and steam for three hours. Turn out and servo with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MORROW. Shoulder of mutton, vegetablo marrow, peaches, suet.
