A meeting of Welsh members of the House of Commons has resolved that the passing of a Welsh Disestablishment and Disendownient Bill in 1912 is an essential condition to the Welsh party dontinuing its support of the Government. Mr. Astjuith afterwards promised a deputation from the meeting that if tho Parliament Bill was carried the Government would give Welsh disestablishment such a position in 1912 as to enable it to overrido the Lord's Veto in the present Parliament., f , ,
