(Specially written for Tub Dominion.)
WEDNESDAY. Boiled Leg of Mutton. Carrots. Turnips. Caper Sauce. Banana Trifle. BANANA TRIFLE. Skin and slice half a dozen bananas, spread on jam and join together, sprinkle over them a, littlo lemou juice and a tablesn'oonful of sugar. Make a boiled custai-d; when quite cold pour over the bananas; beat Z whites of eggs stiffly, adding 1 tab'lospoonful of icing sugar gradually, heap - roughly over the custard, and sprinkle with pink sugar. FOK TO-MORROW. 21b. Tripe. C Tomatoes. ■} Onions. Cauliilon-or. Apples for Baking.
