The wiiidn have veered tn a northerly direction in most parts of tho country today. The weather has hern hazy and warmer everywhere. The barometer Ins risen in the northern district;, but fallen in the south. Present indications are for n, falling barometer everywhere, especially In the south. Northerly winds will probably increase and strong to gale southward of New Plymouth and Napier. Increasing haziness and cloudiness preceding unsettled weather in most parts of tho country, but chiefly southward of New Plymouth and Napier, where l.here aro now indications for a chnngc in conditions, I).
