CIVIL SERVANTS' RIGHTS.
A POSITION IN AUSTRALIA. By Tck-zraph-rrcss Asfoci.itinK-Cnn.vridst-Sydney, March 7. The Federal Postmaster-General (Mr, Josinh Thomas) states that the Government is prepared to allow every Federal servant thu right to go to the Arbitration Court if he so desires.
"We don't want to force them if the referenda arc carried," added Mr. Thomas; "even State servants will have the power to approach the Court."
