SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Antieyclonic conditions have continued in tho southern districts, and low pressure has persisted in tho north with unsettled weather and moderate to strong southeasterly winds. The weather has been generally cool and changeable. Present indications are for moderate easterly winds, veering to northerly shortly southward ot New Plvmouth and Napier; variablo winds, principally easterly, elsewhere. Thera will probably bo little movement of the barometer in the northern districts, but a fall is due shortly in the south for a change in tho weather.
