THE HASKINS TRIAL.
In connection with the trial which tho Canterbury Tinnier, Guy Huskiiis, Ir.s arranged to run, for tho guidance of tiio Festival or Empire Representation Commitlce, at tho Basin Roservo on Wednesday evening, the Wellington and Knrori Amntonr Athletic Clubs will run off three handicap events. Of thev'o a hundred yards and-' ono mile handicaps will bo open to all clubs, .'in a 440 yards handicap entry will be restricted to incinbers of tho Knrori Club. Entries will bo received until this evening at Mr J- B. Speed's, Lambton Quay, at Kitto and Graham's, Manners Street, and by Uie. lion, secretary of the Knrori Club
