SOUTH AFRICAN IMMIGRATION BILL.
NO DISTINCTION OF EACE OR COLOUR. By Telegraph-Press Associatioa-Copyrlchi. Cape Town, March 3. The Immigration Bill provides for the repeal of the previous laws and substitutes one applicable on April 1 to the whole of the Union, with no distinction of race or colour. The serious Indian grievance is thus removed. An education test is provided, adapted from that in use in Australia.
