EXCITEMENT IN HOLLAND.
REPATRIATION OF RUSSIANS. By Tcleeraph-Press AsWiation-CoDyrieht. (Rec. March 5, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 4. "Tho Times" Berlin correspondent reports that the obstacles in the way cf repatriating Russians via Holland are due to tho joiut operation of the German Government and a highly unified German shipping interest, with the view of exorcising pressure on companies outside the shipping pool. Much excitement and irritation has been caused in Holland over the matter.
