DEPARTING EMISSARIES.
TEIME MINISTER. AND DR. FINDLAY.
The Prime Minister and the AttorneyGeneral,' who art to represent New Zealand at the Coronation and Imperial Conference, left Thorndon raihvny station for Auckland at noon on Saturday. The party, winch occupied two received cars, com-prised-.—Sir Joseph Ward, Lady Ward, Miss Hiloon Ward, Mr. Gladstone Ward, the Hon. Dr. Findlay and Mrs, Findlay, Mr. James Hislop (private f-ocrotary to Hie Prime Minister), Mr. F. J. Andrews, of the Prime Minister's secretarial staff, who will accompany his chief as far as Australia, Mr. F. G. Matthews, of the Trime Minister's secretarial staff, who is Roins Home on a holiday trip, and Mr. E. N. G. Poulton, private secretary to the Hon. Dr. Findlay. There were also the Hon. J. Carroll (who will rake up the duties of ActinoPrime Minister during Sir Joseph Ward's absence), the Hon J. A. Millar CActinsr-Minister for Finance), the Hon. T. Maok»nzie, the Hon. G. Fowhk the Hon.P. M'Kenzie and the Hon. D. Bnddo. Members of both Houses of Parliament, hwds of Departments, prominent citizens, and relatives and friends of the deoartinrj omi'saries of the Dominion were present, in laree numbers t<i bid them a cordial farewell. Ministers were also prenared to transact Cabinet busings on the train. Sir ,Tos«rih Ward, Dr. Findlay, and leave for Sydney to-day en route for London.
