HOME RULE CAMPAIGN
INVITATION FOR MR. CHURCHILL. (Rec. February 28, 9.5 p.m.) London, February 28. With a view to the introduction of a Home Rule Bill in 1912, the Nationalists are arranging for propaganda work throughout the United Kingdom. They propose to offer Mr. Winston Churchill, Secretary for Homo Affairs, the chairmanship of the Home Kulo Union, if the latter, which was established after the rejection of Mr. Gladstone's Home Rule measures, is revived.
