BETWEEN NEWCASTLE AND SUVA. Uy Telo.Tranh-Pross (Rec. March 1, 1.5 a.m.) Sydney, February 28. The captain of the steamer Providence has reported to tho Navigation Department that on the voyage from Newcastle to Suva on January 20, he sighted i patch* of discoloured -water, which he believes to be, an uncharted bank. The position is given as latitude south, 21deg. 31min., longitude east, 17deg. 36min.
