The Canadian Parliament has formally deolared its loyally to Great Britain. Mr. Moiik, the Leader of the Nationalists, charged. Mr. ■ Lenueux, rostmasterGeneral, and Mr. Brodeur, Minister for Marine, with disloyalty to the King. 1 Sir F. W. Berlin, February 22. ~ The Hamburg journal :"Fremdenblatt" says the United States-Canadian Agreement will sound the death-knell of Freetrade as soon as England realises, that Canada's action will prpbably be followed by the other Dominions.
