Burgoyne, Unionist member for Kensington North, said thoro wero in Britain twenty-two dry and floating docks capablo of taking 'in Dreadnoughts built and being built. Thirteen of these belonged to tho Admiralty. Of tho total of twenty-two, fourteen wero available for uso in tho 'North Soa and tho English Channel. Thoro'wero seven Admiralty and five privato docks outside tho United Kingdom thai could accommodate Dreadnoughts/ Sir. M'Konna added that Germany's total of such docks was cloven, eight of which were in tho North Sea.
