Gray's properly at Plimmtrtou: A petition from tho ratepayers of tho Horokiwit and Slungaroa Sidings , asked that tha council initiate tho necoWry Mnnalties; for the raising of ?. loan for road and ;bridgo construction 'in :cohhection withlopcni|ig up through communication ; between the Upper Hutt and Paho.iitan'ui.
