RIVERS RISING RAPIDLY, By TeleEraph—Pross Association-CcpyrlfcM. Brisbane, February 4. Reports, from tho flooded districts stato that heavy rain continues, and tho rivers are rising rapidly. Largo areas of lowlying country are inundated. Railway communication is badly interrupted, and big floods are anticipated. All tho lower lying parts of Rockhampt'on aro covered with water. Tho Warrego River at Charlcville is over tho bridges, and the country round is inundated. At Augathella, on tho left bank of the Warrego, tho water is. knee-deep in the main street'. Rough weather is reported on tho coast, and shipping is sheltering. Sydney, February 4. Heavy general rains aro again falling and dirty weather prevails on the coast.
