Coimtv Council had- the lesal power .to forbid Sunday opening. The Judges held that the council was not acting illegally in placing that restriction on . licensees. They also expressed the opinion that it was not unreasonable that the Countr Council should have such a power. The magistrate, against whose order the appeal was made, had supposed' that the County Council could only make restrictions in the interest of public sofet.v' .but the Judges thought 'differently.-.""
