TO-DAY'S DINNER.
I (Specially written for Tnu Dominion.) • ' ■ FRIDAY'. ',■■'■ Curried schnapper. • Potatoes. French . '.beans. Peach pie. Cream.- - ■ ; .'■ • CUE-RIED SCHNAPPER. ■ One medium-sized schnapper, one small apple minced, ono onion minced, one tomato, one ounce butter, ono tablespoonful of ground rice, half a tablespoonful of curry powder, one tcaspoonful chutney, the juice of half a lemon, half a pint of milk, sait. Boil the fish and break it into small' flakes. Miuco the onion, apple, and tomato, and fry them in the butter a light brown. Then add the ground rice and curry powder, add the milk gradually, adding salt and chutney. Simmer 20 minutes. Rub through a sieve. Return to the saucepan, add the oysters, bearded, and lemon juice. Serve with a border of rice. FOE TO-lIORROW. Two pounds -fillet of steak, one pound tomatoes, cabbage, dates, suet. FOR SUNDAY. Stock, sirloin of beef, green, peas, peaches, creaii. FOE SUPPER. . . One boiled fowl, mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce, stale- sponge cake, passion fruit, custard, jelly.
