I Regarding legislation, Mr. Fisher said the Federal Government had no intention of resting on its laurels. The Constitution. Mr. J. Murray, Premier of Victoria, referring to the referenda, said tho Constitution was being attacked in a way that was not for the welfare of Australia. They did not want the government of millions of people concentrated in onebody; they wanted to see legislation required by the various- units of the Commonwealth made by those best able to perform it.
