THE VOTING OF DELEGATES.- ■ At the next meeting of the New Zealand' Lawn Tennis Association, to be held, on February 24, Mr. H. M. Goro will move as follows:—"Every delegate shall vote according to his. discretion 011 questions upon wnicli he has received 110 instructions from the association which lie represents. When such instructions ,havo been given, each delegate must adhere strictly "to his instructions,"
