TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for TnE Dominion.) MONDAY. Sausages in,batter. Potatoes. French beans. Peach pudding. SAUSAGES IN BATTER. Half a pint of milk, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, jib. Hour, lllb. sausages, pepper and salt. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt. Make a well, break in 1110 egg, add a little Or the milk,, and mix to a smooth paste. Hold the basin 011 one side, and heat for 10 minutes. Stir in tho rest of the milk, and allow it to stand 3 or •!' hours.. <m tho sausages, and put them into a wellgreased pie-dish. Pour the batter over thera, and bake in a auick oven for about three-nunrters of an hour. Serve with a good brown gravy. FOR TO-MORROW. 21b. Steak. 2-Sheep's Kidneys. Jib. Suet. .Vegetable 'marrow, iruit.
