About six hundred men are affected by 'the strike. The men thought cement and superphosphates were included in the 2st of special cargoes for. which there is extra payment, but, when, they, got. ;tho, lists they found they'were not: ''The masters refuse to include them, although paying the increase now. The masters say they intend to sit back till- the men resume work.
