NOVEL - CUSTOMS ARRANGEMENT. i' The ■ "Manchester.'■Guardian', V. of December. 3, .publishes the' following:— :il;Tlioy French: Minister.- '.of -Agriculture yesterday informed'- the Agricultural Committee of - tho Chamber -~(stated Reuter) that in order to facilitate the importation of' com in view of tho shortage. in. the French crop, _he had authorised .the bonding of foreigu corn in Paris, whereby, so far as Paris was concerned, corn might.bo.imported without the duty on it being paid until it was actually' issued for consumption. Tho Government, ho addod, had been begged to extend tho bonding facilities to the whole country, this proposal was still under consideration."
