TWO MEMBERS ARRIVE: (By iTckcraph-Prcsa Association.) ,r , T iP»" et "n, January 27. Mr.. James Keith and Mr. Jas. Dunlop, members of tho Scottisli Agricultural Commission to Australia, have arrived in Dunedin in a privato capacity. Ihey are investigating agricultural mattors. Mn Ritchie,'Secretary of Agriculture, will meet them hero to-morrow, and he and tho Hon. T.,Mackenzie will accompany them on visits to the country. They will probably leavo for the north on Tuesday.
