Dr. Edwin Arthur Dr.ndo. of Dudley, has been awarded by the King an Edward Medal of the Second Class for courage shown on the occasion of the underground fire, which occurred at tho Russell Colliery, nsnr Dudley, in April last. Dr. Dando descended the mine, and was in danger of asphyxiation.
