(From Our Own Correspondent.) A donation of £10 has been made to the Carterton Swimming Batli Fund by Mr. TV. C. Buchanan, 51.1\ The senior children attending the BeJvedero School, .together avith thoir parents and friends, and tho headmaster of the school, were given an outing up tho Maungatarere Valley oil Wednesday,and held a very.pleasant picnic. Mr. Fly, of Belvedere, generously placcd a bra ko .at the disposal of a number of tho party, while others cycled and drove.
