The partnership action, Redwood v. Redwood, of Blenheim, was mentioned in tho Supremo Court yesterday belore his Honour Mr. Justice Cooper. Counsel concerned stated that they had ■agreed as to the basis upon which the firm'of Dalgety and Co. should bo remunerated for its services as receiver. The Court, with tho consent of parties, ordered that the receiver's remuneration should be £550 and £S3 ss. for tbo cost of clerical assistance. The report and balance-sheet of the partnership were approved, subject to the elimination of charges for. commission on brokerage and valuation fee, totalling £228.
