(Specially written for Thk Dominion.) FRIDAY. Curried Schnappor. Potatoes. French Beans. Plum Pudding, CURRIED SCENAPPER. Cooked sclmapFer, 1 onion minccd, 1 small apple minced, 1 tomato, loz. butter. 1 tablespoonful of ground rice, i tablespoonful curry powder, 1 teaspooriful chutney, the juice of A lemon, ; pint of milk. salt. Mince the apple, onion and tomato. Fry in the butter a light brown, then add the ground rice and curry powder, add tho milk gradually, adding' the salt and chutney. Simmer for 20 minutes. Rub through a sieve. Return to the saucepan, add the fish broken into 6inalT pieces, and lemon juice. Serve with a border of rice. . FOR TO-MORROW. Loin of Mutton. Tomatoes. Stale Bread. Fruit.
