Referring to the offer of a Sydney company to provide a fifteen-knot mail service to Vancouver, ( Mr. Hughes, the' Commonwealth Attorney-General states that he does not know of any ships building by the company. If no ships aro yet on the slips, the company would require speoial arrangements until it was ready with its stoaniers.
