(Specially written for Tnii Dominios'.) TUESDAY. " Miitton and Macaroni. Potatoes. Vegetable Marrow. Rice Pudding. Fruit. MUTTON AND MACARONI. ljlb. sock or loin chop?, *1 pint of water, 41b. macaroni, 1 onion, popper, and salt. Trim the chop?, and put them in a saucepan with the water, onion, pepI>ef, and about p. teaspoonful of salt. Brill's slowly to the boil, skin, draw to 'the' side of the fire, and cook slowly for about three-quarters of .an hour. Pour tho gravy oft' tho chop?, ojkl skim all the fat from it; return to the pan, add the macaroni, and ccok gently for another three-quarters of ail hour. Serve on a hot dish. Neck of mutton may be used for this dish, but will take longer cooking! Small suet dumplings may lie.added 10 minutes before, serving. FOR TO-MOIIROW.
