NEW SCHEME ON FOOT, (By Telegraph—Press Association Copyright) (Rec. January 3, 0.25 a.m.) London, January 2. Dr. Alister Mackay has submitted ' to tho Royal Geographical Society plans for the exploration of.tho coastline of Graham's Land, in Antarctica, to King .Edward tho'Seventh Land, at a cost of £20,000. ; . He suggests the possibility of .a connection, with Dr. Bruco's Scottish expedition, and proposes that tho party bo restricted to six men with three sledges and 2i dogs. Tho idea is to rely mostly on the Weddell seal for food and fuel.
