The interviewer suggested that Franco feared domestic conflicts would divert England's attention from national deMr.' Lloyd-George replied that Great Britain was going to arrange her domestic affairs calmly and very logically,. and this would in nowise affect her Naval expenditure. Tho"Morning Post" has been informed by a prominent Liberal member of the House of Commons that the Government intends to create two or three dozen Liberal peers at the New Tear, as a first warning to the House of Lords.
