COSTS IN A DIVORCE*CASE. PINAL ORDER. The following order as to costs as regards costs in the divorce 'ease, Evans v. wans and llliott was made yesterday uy Mr. Justico Cooper:—"That Ml ss. now m Court be paid to the respondent's solicitors for her cost's of the second trial; Mat the co-respondent pavs to the petitioner JMO, tlio respondent's costs of the suit, and .£l7 55., her costs of the second trial, but not the two extra davs of tuo first trial nor anv of the witnesses' expenses for attendance at that trial call-' ed by respondent and allowed bv Jlr. Justice Chapman; and, further; that the co-respondent pay to the petitioner .£45, petitioner's costs of suit and the further sum of M 7 ss. for three extra days at tho second trial and the jury fees paid at the second trial, and witnesses' expenses at tho second trial, together with Court fees. for filing the petition and other necessary disbursements on the basis of one trial orJv, but not the jury fees paid at the first trial nor any expenses for the attendance of witnesses at that trial. The decree nisi will, therefore, issue with costs as stated, the decree to be made absolute in three mouths, petitioner in the meantime to have custody of the children with liberty to the respondent to apply, to tho Court for an order permitting her to have reasonable access to them. ~
