Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held' on THURSDAY, tho 17th day of November, 1910, it was resolved as follows:— ' I. Tlio Wellington City- Council hereby resolves 'by Special Order in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by,"The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and of every other Act and power enabling it in that behalf: .1. To accept a surrender of tho leaio dated the third day of March, 1573, Registered Number made between the Mayor, Councillors, and ' Citizens of the City of Wellington of. ; tho first part, His Excellency Sir. James Ferguson Bowen of the . second part, and Ebcnezer. Henry Hunt of the third part, whereby tho land oommonly known as Section 122, Lamb'ton Reclamation, . •City of Wellington, became vested ill "the said Ebcnezer Henry Hunt, liis executors, administrators, and assigns for the term of <42 years from the first day of January, 1872, at the rents and subject, to the , covenants, conditions, and pro--1 visions in the said lease" contained; and •2.
