A world's census of Methodists shows the following results;— Ministers 54,205 Recognised preachers .105,160 Churches 100,428 Members 8,885,052 Sunday scholars 7,-102,475 Teachers 838,141 Claims for a share of tho .£3OOO voted for distribution among public libraries must be received by the Secretary for Education, Wellington, on or before January 27, 1011. Conditions are gazetted.
