The popularity of, Madame Mueller's concerts was seen in tho splendid reception sho and her performers met with at the hands of a full audience at tho Missions to- Seamen's Institute Inst night, when encores were the ordor of the evening. Tho chorus party gave items at intervals. A stringed orchestra rendered much assistance,, and tho. din-; logue trio were received with applauso". Mr. Moore, missioner, spoko oh ."Customs," and eight men signed the. pledge. Outward-going crews were supplied with reading matter, kindly sent in by Wellington residents.
