[ SCENE IN PARLIAMENT, By Telegraph- -Press Association-Copyright, (Rec. December 1, 0.10 a.m.) Ottawa, November 30. Another scene has occurred in Parliament on the naval debate. A Conservative (Opposition) member was speaking when the Liberals (Government) trooped out noisily. . The Speaker's demand for order failed to stop the cries of "Cowards!" "Liars!" which came from tho Opposition -benches. The Speaker ordered an apology from a Conservative member whom ho heard shout "Cowards!" The latter apologised and thereupon the Conservatives loudly insisted that a Liberal member should apologise for an insulting remark unheard by the Speaker and made some days ago. Uproar continued to grow and the Speaker was finally compelled to make the Liberal member also apologise. The naval debate is unfinished.
