H-evisod commerce regulations fix the standards for exported butter as superfine, first, second, and third grades, and pastry. Tho butter must contain no fat other than butter-fat, not more than 15 per centum of water, 3 per centum casein, .5 per centum boric acid, and i per centum salt. Strict regulations are prescribed for labelling and describing meats and other articles of food and drink, medicines, and other manufactured articles intended for export. Tho following fees are payable before export is permitted:— Cutter, one farthing a box. Mutton and lamb one farthing per . carcass. Cattle, threepence per carcass. •* Pigs, ono penny per carcass. Canned meats, halfpenny, per hundred pounds.
