The telegraph wire leased by tlie Associate Press from Laredo to Monterey and Mesico City, has been commandeered by tlie Mexican. Government, on the plea of military urgcncy.
Riots are reported at Zacatecas and also at Torreon.
. INDIAN AID ENLISYED. STRAINED RELATIONS WITE UNITED STATES. (Rec. November 22, 10.30 p.m.) New York, November 22. The Mexicans are enlisting the hostile Yaque Indians to aid in ; the insurrection against the Government. United States troops will be dispatched to the border of Texas in the event of an invasion. All American women have been ordered to keep off the streets of Chihuahua, Mexico, to sa,Te, : themselves from -insults by Mexicans. Americans are leaving for home. The situation is strained:
